HOME WARRANTY

Among the best home warranty products in the marketplace, the CENTURY 21® Home Protection Plan offers comfort to all of our customers that any unforeseen repairs will be handled by the warranty. Sellers are covered during the marketing period for many components of the home, and buyers are covered for a full year after settlement for most components of the home. Only a small deductible is paid per claim and the warranty can be extended for additional years if the buyer chooses to do so. Additionally, buyers of new construction can purchase an extended warranty to supplement the typical builder's warranty, which will cover them in years 2 through 5 after the sale.
